What is the difference between FOB and CIF pricing? ▼
FOB (Free On Board): Price includes the vehicle, inspection, documentation, and loading at the origin port. You are responsible for arranging and paying for sea freight and insurance from the origin port to your destination.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Price includes everything in FOB plus sea freight to your destination port and marine insurance. This is our most popular option as it provides a complete, all-inclusive price.

Are there any hidden fees? ▼
No. We believe in complete price transparency. Our quotes clearly itemize all costs. The only costs not included in our CIF price are: destination port handling charges, import duties and taxes in your country, and local customs clearance fees — as these vary by country and are outside our control.
✅ Vehicle Quality & Inspection
Can I inspect the vehicle before purchase? ▼
Yes, in several ways:
• Our inspection report: Every vehicle comes with a detailed 200-point inspection report, high-resolution photos (50+ images), and a video walkaround.
• Third-party inspection: We welcome and facilitate third-party inspections by certified companies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Japan Export Vehicle Inspection Center (JEVIC).
• Personal visit: You are welcome to visit our sourcing offices in Japan or China to inspect vehicles in person.

What condition are the vehicles in? ▼
We use the standard Japanese auction grading system:
• Grade 4–5: Excellent condition, minimal wear, like new
• Grade 3.5–4: Very good condition, minor cosmetic imperfections
• Grade 3–3.5: Good condition, normal wear for age and mileage
We clearly state the grade and condition of every vehicle. We do not sell Grade 2 or below vehicles.

Do the vehicles come with a warranty? ▼
Used vehicles are sold as-is based on the inspection report. However, we guarantee that the vehicle condition matches our inspection report. If a vehicle arrives in significantly worse condition than described, we will work with you to resolve the issue. We recommend purchasing marine insurance (included in CIF pricing) to cover any transit damage.
